Position :

Part-Time Sales Representative

Hours :

18 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Sunday)

Pay :

$18 per hour base - plus competitive commission structure.

Responsibilities :

• Engage with members daily, building strong relationships and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
• Confidently make a high volume of outbound calls to prospects and members, with a focus on converting leads and maintaining member satisfaction.
• Understand and track KPIs, sales targets, and member acquisition goals to ensure consistent performance and growth.
• Learn and continuously improve your sales skills, staying informed on the latest techniques and strategies.
• Collaborate with our team to drive membership growth and retention, always keeping community-building at the forefront of your approach.
• Be a key player in representing the F45 brand and helping potential members see the value of joining our fitness community.

Requirements :

• Prior experience in sales is essential, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Highly outgoing, with the ability to strike up conversations easily and maintain enthusiasm in every interaction.
• Comfortable and confident in making phone calls and handling high-volume outreach.
• Strong understanding of key sales metrics and a passion for tracking progress and achieving goals.
• Passionate about fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle. Personal training experience is a plus but not required.
• Self-motivated and willing to invest time in learning and developing within the role.
