Job Opportunity : Behavioral Program Director

Partnering with a respected company in the Sacramento area, Gpac is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Behavioral Program Director for their esteemed Behavioral and Medical Supported Living Services department.
Qualifications :
- Current licensure as LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, or BCBA in California, or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience in the behavioral health field, particularly with individuals exhibiting severe complex behaviors.
Experience with the IDD population is highly valued.
- Proficiency in medical case management, treatment planning, and at least 2 years of supervisory and budgeting experience.
- Familiarity with program budgeting and the Medi-Cal system.
- Strong computer literacy and valid driver's license.
Responsibilities :
As our Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in every facet of our services, from administrative tasks (documenting, reporting, ensuring compliance) to conducting on-site assessments and providing direct support to our clients.
You will lead the development and implementation of individualized plans, goals, and celebratory milestones for those we serve.
Additionally, you will oversee crisis intervention, develop and execute therapeutic treatment plans, conduct quality assurance evaluations, and undertake other high-level supervisory and managerial duties.

- Type : Full-time
- Salary : $95k annually
- Benefits : Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k match, EAP program, sick pay, and more.
- Location : While our office is in Sacramento, this role requires on-site support across the greater Sacramento area as needed.
