Customer Service Rep

We’re looking for Customer Service Agents to join the team . Earn $16 / hr. to start for a full service inbound and outbound contact center located, Blue Bell, PA.

They provide Insurance - Enrollment, Retention, Licensed Agents, Healthcare, Financial Services, Banking, Real Estate, Legal, Pharmaceutical, and Government services.

Pay Rate : Earn up to $16 / hr.

Available Shift Times :

Flexible Monday) - Friday, 900am to 8 : 00pm.

According to the assigned program and upon training completion , you may be eligible to work hybrid / remote

Key Responsibilities :

• Intake incoming calls from customers
• Outgoing calls to customers and vendors
• Will be provided a Script for all calls that are 5 to 7 mins long
• All calls are recorded

Key Requirements :

• High school diploma.
• At least 1 year of Customer Service / Call Center experience
• Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word required.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and excellent organization skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
