THE CLIENT

This client is a mid-sized A&E Firm (approx. 200 people) working on a wide variety of projects, including Mission Critical / Data Centers, Healthcare, Science & Tech, Education, Sports stadiums, Hi-rise / multi-unit residential, mixed-use, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Design competence and leadership
  • Provide the full range of architectural services
  • Create and develop planning and design concepts
  • Prepare renderings / presentation drawings and lead presentations both internally and externally
  • Present design solutions to client representatives and / or design review committees
  • Mentor and train junior and intermediate staff
  • Maintain and develop relationships with past, current and new clients

    • Qualifications

  • Required / Highly Preferred Skills & Experience
  • BS degree in Architecture or similar
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Architectural Registration is required
  • LEED AP or LEED BD+C accreditation is preferred
  • Highly preferred project experience with Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12, or Sports Arenas / Complexes
