This role sits within a team of high achieving, collaborative procurement professionals and manages several sites across North America, focusing on both hard and soft facilities, including maintenance, catering, cleaning, repairs, utilities, security and HVAC.

Procurement Manager - FM Responsibilities :
- Manage a spend of $150m+ across North America, managing procurement activities across maintenance, security, cleaning, catering and HVAC.
- Devise and execute comprehensive strategies for FM, including conducting market research, supplier evaluation, negotiation and risk management.
- Work alongside a diverse range of stakeholders at different levels. Ability to influence and gain critical buy in.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, SLAs and quality standards
Procurement Manager FM Requirements :
- All candidates must come from a manufacturing background and have looked after multiple sites / plants previously
- Strong stakeholder management skills ability to influence a variety of stakeholders across different levels.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience.
- Full right to work in the US.
