Overview : We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, vendor management, budgeting, and project implementation.

What You'll Do :
- Supervise and manage multiple outside vendors on 15+ unit renovations per month and other various projects
- Manage, supervise, coordinate, and execute all construction projects to ensure they are high quality, on schedule, and within budget.
- Prepares punch lists and makes sure that all items are completed properly and in a timely manner
- Creates and monitors the project schedule
- Oversee a team of construction laborers through various construction projects
- Effectively able to hold the construction team accountable for jobs performed / assigned, quality of work, and attendance
What You'll Need :
- Ability to develop Scope of Work documents
- Ability to negotiate with vendors / sub-contractors
- Competent computer skills. Especially excel, outlook, and understand general file structures
- Attention to detail and organizational ability
- Able and willing to learn project management software (BuilderTrend) to manage projects on a day to day basis
- Understanding and knowledge of construction process
- Previous Project Management and experience in construction field is required
- Must successfully pass a drug and background check
- Must have valid Driver's License
- OSHA Certification
