Manager, Operations, InHome Driver Associate Experience

The Manager, Operations is a member of the InHome Associate Experience team responsible for end-to-end associate journey within the InHome program.
This exciting opportunity will ensure our InHome drivers have what they need to be successful to serve our customers. The person in this role will ensure our associates have a healthy culture built around safety, have a positive experience with our technology, and will work on associate performance recognition initiatives.
This role will work primarily with subject matter experts across operations, product, HR, legal, and compliance. Our InHome Drivers are the face of the InHome program making deliveries to customers' doorstep or inside of their home.
Their associate experience is integral to the member experience for Walmart +. This role is based in-office in Bentonville, Arkansas.

- Excellent communication skills - you have strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills, which are used to effectively interact with stakeholders, and convey ideas and feedback

- Analytical skills - part of the daily role includes analyzing associate data, feedback, and metrics to derive meaningful insights and make data-driven decisions to enhance the associate journey

- Leadership abilities - leadership qualities are essential to lead the associate experience team, driving associate-centric initiatives, and influencing positive change within the organization
