Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Manager at Adking Display and Construction located in Manhattan, NY. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.
You will be in charge of coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
You will also be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, as well as maintaining quality control and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- PMP certification is a plus
