Customer Service Representative
Engineering company committed to exceptional customer service and precision when working with the local city and county governments who is seeking an organized and upbeat Customer Service Representative to join the team!
In this fast-paced position, you will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will accurately enter and update customer information and orders.
You will resolve customer issues with patience and empathy and collaborate with other departments to solve complex problems.
This position is high volume calls AND data entry.
An ideal candidate will have proven customer service experience and excellent data entry skills with high accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is highly preferred, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
