Full Job Description
- Serves customers by providing product and service information, entering orders and resolving product and service issues.
- Work over the phone, through email, texts and online portals
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information
- Has a working knowledge of salon services and product application.
- Understands the brands we sell and knows each brands product assortment
- Works as a positive team member to meet daily and weekly goals and deadlines.
Office Hours Full-Time : Monday Friday 8 : 00-4 : 30. Part-Time : Monday - Friday 10 : 00-2 : 00. New Hope, MN
Customer Service Representative Qualifications / Skills :
- Phone / interpersonal skills
- Product knowledge
- Commitment to accuracy
- Ability to gather and analyze information
- Multi-tasking
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements :
- Cosmetology license / experience
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems a plus
- Previous experience, especially in the salon industry, preferred
