Senior Manager, Art Director

About the Role :

We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager, Art Director to lead the evolution of our brand’s visual identity. This pivotal role combines creative leadership with hands-on design expertise to craft a bold, modern, and product-centric visual language across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate will inspire teams, push creative boundaries, and ensure our visuals resonate emotionally with consumers in a digital-first environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Creative Vision & Brand Leadership :

Define and elevate the brand’s visual direction across all platforms. Lead the conceptualization and execution of modern, trend-relevant campaigns that reflect our innovation and aspiration.

Digital Content & Campaigns :

Develop compelling digital assets for eCommerce, social media, email, and web. Support customer journey stages—awareness, consideration, and conversion—through targeted creative strategies. Utilize analytics and A / B testing to optimize visual content.

Product Storytelling & Asset Development :

Oversee the visual presentation of new collections through photography, video, and digital storytelling. Manage creative production from concept to post-production while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality deliverables.

Team & Operations Management :

Lead internal designers, freelancers, and agencies to meet deadlines and maintain brand standards. Build efficient workflows, uphold brand guidelines, and foster a collaborative creative environment.

Trend Awareness & Industry Insights :

Stay ahead of emerging design, cultural, and digital marketing trends. Incorporate insights into creative strategies to keep the brand fresh, innovative, and competitive.

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

At least 7 years of experience in brand creative, art direction, or design, with a strong digital portfolio.

Proven success in leading product-focused, digital-first creative campaigns across multiple channels.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and digital tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Deep understanding of eCommerce design systems, digital merchandising, and customer journey-driven design.

Experience directing photo and video shoots and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Bonus : Motion design, animation, or 3D skills.
