Brale’s focus is on creating technology that makes DeFi usable in the real world for the next billion users. We believe that creating a bridge between CeFi and DeFi through accessible stablecoin technology will accelerate markets and opportunities globally.

We’re looking for an experienced designer to help craft and communicate the Brale story. As a key member of our design team, you'll drive creative strategy and execution across a range of mediums, helping evolve Brale into one of the most trusted, recognizable, and influential brands in stablecoins. The Designer will wear a lot of hats, partnering with the teams to accomplish company wide goals. We welcome designers with expertise in one or more of the following : visual, brand, web and / or product design. Tell us what fires you up, and we'll work to leverage your strongest skills. You will be joining a team known for producing high-impact, high-quality creative work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep craft expertise with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Extend and evolve Brale's visual language, ensuring consistency and innovation across all touchpoints
• Solve ambiguous design challenges through systems thinking, storytelling, and strategic judgment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality design work
• Support various marketing initiatives to ensure branding and brand standards are upheld
• Collaborate with our customers on co-marketing asset support
