We are looking for a Lead UI Engineer to own and elevate the frontend architecture of our platform.

What you will do

As a Lead UI Engineer, you\'ll lead a small team of frontend engineers to develop and maintain the interface that helps climate professionals make data-driven decisions. You\'ll work closely with design, product, and engineering leadership to build elegant, fast, and consistent UIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the frontend architecture and set technical direction for our UI stack
• Build and maintain features using React, TypeScript, and modern tooling
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate vision into clean code
• Own and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability
• Mentor other engineers and drive code quality through reviews and best practices
• Ensure accessibility, performance, and responsiveness across devices
