Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

The Marketing Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing BILL's Marketing Automation and MarTech strategy. This position will collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales Operations to support campaigns and email marketing activities, develop processes and automation, enhance data hygiene, and analyze performance data.

This execution-focused role requires creative problem-solving skills and the ability to transform concepts into minimum viable products, eventually progressing to best-in-class solutions.

Some Responsibilities Include : Build campaign operations such as promos, events, webinars, etc. in Marketo, Salesforce, and other platforms in our martech stack.

Manage lead list imports and post-event operations.Troubleshooting to identify issues and solutions to campaign operations and lead management.

Collaborate with and keep stakeholders informed via internal messages, meetings, and presentationsManage urgent requests and coordinate their execution or fulfillment.

Coordinate work of a marketing operations agency and help manage relationships.Contribute with knowledge and execution to marketing operations projectsWe'd love to chat if you have :

Bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue-focused roles.Proficient in developing and managing marketing automation platforms, particularly Marketo.

Strong understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem.Proven experience in email marketing operations.Skilled in using CRM systems, especially Salesforce.

Experience with work management tools, particularly Asana.Experience with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and databasesPrevious experience in FinTech or the financial / accounting industry is a plus.

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.

The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes : medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$99,800-$124,800 USD
