Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are a customer-focused team to help Sellers and suppliers grow on Walmart Marketplace, providing goods to our customers at the best possible prices.

We work within our given books of businesses to grow a dedicated cohort of invested sellers through intermittent meetings, relationship building, and strategic plans.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 2 years' experience in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area OR bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales / merchandising.
  • You must have experience in MS office focused on Excel
  • You must be able to be strategic and be able to prioritize different tasks
  • You must have good communication skills; able to do presentations to peers and leadership, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • You must be in Hoboken / NYC, San Bruno, CA; Seattle, WA; Bentonville, AR; Chicago, Il; Los Angeles, CA, SLC, UT; Austin, TX.

Understand product assortment, customer preferences, and market pricing.

Seller Lifecycle : Engage with new sellers, monitor and improve their performance, and collaborate on innovative strategies.

Understand seller segments, market trends, and business drivers.

Digital Literacy and Analytics : Use data analysis tools to derive insights and create reports. Implement technology changes and assist others with customer analytics.

Negotiation : Apply negotiation techniques, understand key drivers, and desired outcomes. Access and explain organizational negotiation policies effectively.

Chicago, Illinois US-11577 : The annual salary range for this position is $77,000.00-$143,000.00

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279 / Los Angeles, California US-07478 / Bellevue, Washington US-11075 : The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-04396 / San Bruno, California US-08848 : The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735 / Salt Lake City, Utah US-11578 : The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
