Key Responsibilities :

Leadership Collaboration : Partner with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee daily operations and uphold care standards.
Staff Guidance : Mentor nursing staff to ensure they adhere to job expectations and deliver outstanding care.
Regulatory Compliance : Assist with facility surveys and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Quality Assurance : Conduct regular rounds to maintain high standards of nursing care.

Qualifications :

RN License : Must hold a valid RN license in New York State.
Experience : At least 2 years of nursing experience in Long-Term Care, with a preference for managerial experience.
Leadership Abilities : Proven skills in leading and motivating a nursing team.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration and patient care.
