Key responsibilities :
- Evaluate and analyze research scope, define project needs for global research
- Takes ownership for end-to-end project execution from scoping and intake to data and delivery
- Helps design new innovative research methods, executes pilots, and iterates the mechanisms
- Coordination and completion of impactful projects in agreed timelines
- Identifies opportunities to improve workflow efficiency
- Dives deep and analyzes data from various sources and iterates the mechanisms as needed
- Partners with colleagues, manage stakeholder expectations and external partners
