We're looking for a Sr. Full-Stack Engineer to :
- Build an intuitive and graceful platform experience for our cloning platform.
- Create features for experts teaching their digital clones and consumers interacting with these clones daily.
- Reimagine human interaction with digital beings for the next decade.
- Collaborate with our CEO, CTO, and core team to build our vision, define our culture, and grow our team.
What you'll need :
- Experience :
- 7+ years in software development.
- Expertise in React and NextJS.
- Proven experience in high-growth early-stage companies.
- Experience in developing and shipping consumer-facing AI-native experiences.
- Technical Skills :
- Strong product sense and UX / UI design skills.
- Understanding of multitenancy, caching, web / mobile compatibility, responsive design, CSS preprocessors, cross-browser testing and debugging, web performance optimization, RESTful API integration, version control systems, and familiarity with CI / CD pipelines.
- Bonus : Experience with AR / VR, building complex data input and workflows.
- Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

$150,000 - $200,000 a year
Compensation is salary + meaningful equity in an early stage venture backed startup commensurate with level of experience.
