- $85,000 to $120,000 annually plus bonus

Constructing your new role includes :
Your projects as Project Manager will be completed within 10 to 18 months on average and are diverse in construction types.
You will be hands-on, spending at least one day a week on-site. Project Managers are responsible for field to punch and must always maintain our core values, including :
- Increase Client Satisfaction experience by building strong client partnerships including internal and external stakeholders
- Empower you to be an industry leader and lead in a "Transparent" way
- Complete all projects on schedule and on budget
- Make clients aware of all change orders, schedule progress, and potential issues
- All contractual, monetary, and project-specific subcontractor issues are dealt with quickly
Your blueprint to success :
- First-class communicator with transparency, humbleness, and leadership
- Ability to create and manage budgets including prime contract, subcontract and change orders
- Proactively find solutions with a hands-on approach
Your groundwork starts with :
- Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field
- 5 10 years experience as a Project Manager in commercial general contracting
- Strong Cloud-based project management software experience with MS Office (Project) and Procore
