Role Overview : As an Inside Sales Coordinator, your primary focus will be turning warm leads into qualified appointments through calls, texts, and follow-ups.
You’ll handle about 50 warm leads per day, aiming for 30+ conversations daily, all while following a proven script.
Responsibilities :
- Hold 20+ conversations per day
- Follow a defined script for each interaction
- Maintain accurate CRM data entry for every conversation
- Make multiple follow-up contacts via calls, texts, and emails to schedule and reschedule appointments
- Handle 20 new leads per day while managing a pipeline of existing leads
- Achieve 4+ hours of phone talk time daily
- Set an average of 6.5 appointments per day

Qualifications :
- Stable work history with no more than two jobs in the last five years
- Not self-employed in the past six months
- 2+ years of experience in a phone-heavy role, making 20+ calls per day with 4+ hours of talk time
- Proven track record of meeting performance metrics and KPIs
- Recognition for achievements in personal, professional, or sports settings (e.g., Employee of the Month, Top Salesperson, etc.)
- Experience following a strict call flow and script in a sales environment
- Ability to manage data accurately in a CRM system and make multiple follow-up contacts
- Strong phone skills, with confidence and competence in answering questions and putting callers at ease
- Comfortable with VOIP phone systems and contact management software (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce)
