Salary / Pay Rate / Compensation : $75,000 - $80,000 base salary plus commission

What's a typical day as Sales Account Executive? You'll be :

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the cosmetics industry.
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Providing clients with product knowledge and industry insights to support their business needs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services.
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance market presence.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Have 3-5 years of sales experience in the cosmetics industry, with a background in TIC or cosmetic ingredients / raw ingredients manufacturing.
  • Possess a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Are capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Are proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
