Skills and Experience of a General Manager :
- 5+ years of proven experience in restaurant management within an upscale establishment
- Experience with coordinating and delivering tasting menus
- Strong communication skills and focus on exceptional guest service
- Skilled in budget oversight and inventory control
- Knowledge of labor laws and food safety certification
- Strong passion & knowledge of food and beverage
