Starting at $10 / hr for Part-Time, $12 / hr for Full-Time
Full-Time means you can work 40 hrs per week for 12 out of 12 months (cannot still be in High School and be Full-Time)

Responsibilities :
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Cook and prepare food following all Chick-fil-A recipes and guidelines
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills :
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Full time, open availability required. Flexibility to work during morning and daytime & evening hours, including weekends.
- Basic computer competency.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for up to 9 hours, and be physically active for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
