- Must be a Licensed Special Education Teacher in the state of Texas
- Valid and active license.
- Experience is recommended but new graduates are welcome

- Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with students, parents, and a multi disciplin a ry team.
- Ability to adapt instructional strategies, materials, and resources to meet diverse learning needs.
- Proficient in assessing and monitoring student progress through formal and informal assessment methods.
- Knowledge of specialized teaching techniques, assistive technologies, and resources for students with special needs.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with students with diverse learning abilities.
- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage classroom dynamics and individual student needs.
