We are a moving company that is affiliated with a National Van Line that is looking for a highly motivated person to join our sales team.
Our sales team members travel to our customers' homes to perform in-home estimates and provide our customers with moving estimates.
It is the goal of the Sales Rep to convert those sales into booked moves. The majority of all leads are provided to the Sales Rep, there is no cold calling.
The Sales Rep is expected to attend networking events and generate some business on their own. This is a 100% commission-based position with a draw bi-weekly and cell phone allowance and mileage reimbursement.
There will be a training period for which the draw earned will be forgiven.
Requirements :
- Highly motivated person
- Ability to read and listen to customers concerns and needs in order to close the business
- Must communicate effectively with the office once a move is booked
- Work with the support staff in the office if any issues arise during the move
- Network and generate leads on their own in addition to the ones provided by the company.
