Primary Responsibilities :
- Correctly troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest administrative and technical tools provided, including taking photos and / or videos of customer's vehicle concerns.
- Keep up to date with all OEM technical publications
Address all original customer concerns, including a video MPI, before moving onto additional service requests
Participate in ongoing OEM, or in-house sponsored training programs offered to you, including keeping ASE's current
Complete all required paperwork completely and correctly and ensure all required shop forms are attached to the RO hard copy
Perform any other duties assigned by the Service Manager, ASM, or Group Leader
Come to work on time as scheduled, in a clean uniform, ready to go with a positive attitude.

Willing to collaborate with others and share knowledge and experience
1-3 years Subaru technical experience
- Experience in performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair service
- Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals (fix right the first time, daily, weekly, monthly production goals, etc)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to exercise good judgment
- Valid State driver’s license and good driving record
- Drug free environment
- Have own tools
- ASE / Manufacturer or Trade School Certifications
