Position : CNC Machine Operator

Position Overview : As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be a crucial part of our client's team, responsible for operating advanced CNC machinery to produce precision parts.

You will work with high-tech equipment to meet tight tolerances and manage fast production cycles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and set up CNC Milling Centers, Swiss Machines, CNC Lathe Turning Centers, and Mill Turn machines.
• Perform tool changes, set up workpieces, and make necessary adjustments to ensure high precision and quality.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to execute complex designs accurately.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal operation.
• Utilize conventional machines for tooling and secondary operations when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Requirements :

• Proven experience operating advanced CNC machinery, including Mazak and Kitamura milling centers, CNC lathes, and Swiss machines.
• Relevant certifications or technical training in CNC machining preferred.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high precision.
• Familiarity with conventional machines for tooling and secondary operations is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
