What You’ll Do :

• Deliver Outstanding Service : Provide exceptional service and maintenance for HVAC systems, creating an amazing experience for our customers.
• Diagnose & Repair : Consult with clients, diagnose issues, and offer effective solutions to keep their HVAC systems running smoothly.
• Advise & Recommend : Offer expert advice on system upgrades, improvements, and service plans to enhance customer comfort and air quality.

Job Requirements :

• Experience : Proven experience in residential HVAC service and installation.
• Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with digital tools (Service Titan) and inventory control systems.
• Driver’s License : Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Ability : Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Communication Skills : Excellent communication with both customers and the office team.
• Professionalism : Clean professional appearance and demeanor.

Competitive Pay & Benefits :

• Pay Range : $60,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and knowledge, with hourly pay plus spiff and commission opportunities.
