Position Title : Civil Project Manager
Location : Nashville, TN - Relocation Assistance available if needed!
Duration : Full Time, Direct Hire
Compensation : $140-160k - Bonuses given out on a quarterly basis!
Job Description :
One of Insight Global's top client's is looking to hire a Civil Site Development Project Manager who will work a hybrid schedule, visiting their sites as well as client sites around 10%-15% of the time.
The remainder of the time will be spent working in the office or from home. This person will be responsible for project management, delegating tasks to designers, ensuring the work is completed on time, mentoring designers, and coordinating with structural and roadway groups across the company.
They will manage multiple commercial and mostly residential projects, ensuring compliance with standards and permitting.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Over 15 years of experience in civil site (land development, site development, municipal work)
- PE license
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Nice to Have Skills & Experience :
- Experience leading a team or with Project Management
- Experience working on residential projects
