Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be proficient in various design software and have a keen eye for detail to create visually appealing graphics.

As part of the team you will be involved in all phases of print design - from initial concept through mass production. Responsibilities range from concepting and branding to digital design and layout, print collateral, photo manipulation and beyond.

Our ideal candidate is someone is comfortable working solo as well as in a brainstorming group or creative session.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize and adapt existing templates to create new marketing materials that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Prepare and proof files for print and digital distribution, ensuring all materials meet our standards.
• Develop and organize a library of design templates for efficient use in future projects.
• Collaborate with the senior design team to manage workloads and meet project deadlines effectively.
• Gradually take on more responsibilities, including the delegation of tasks and proofing of work from other designers.

Requirements

• Must have a degree with focus in graphic design and / or photography.
• Must have at least 1 year experience in a graphic design position.
• Must have an eye for graphic / visual design.
• Understanding of photography or be willing to learn.
• Understanding of major social media platforms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Must have handle on the Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop programs.
