Nursing Assistants Needed at Pleasant Grove Health and Rehabilitation
Location : Pleasant Grove, AL
Are you passionate about providing compassionate care to seniors? Pleasant Grove Health and Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated Nursing Assistants to join our team!
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Serve and collect meals, assist with feeding when necessary
- Respond promptly to resident calls and requests
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Communicate effectively with nurses and other staff members
- Document resident care accurately and timely
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compassionate attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift, move, and transfer residents safely
