Position Summary
The Sales Operations Analyst will be a strategic leader responsible for supporting the growth and success of commercial departments by developing and implementing effective business strategies and ensuring operational excellence.
This role requires a combination of deep business acumen, operational expertise, and experience leading cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully driving business growth through strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and leading organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and profitability
- Operations : Drive the overall operations of the department, including the development of operational plans and processes
- Leadership : Lead cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Market Trends : Analyze market trends and data to inform strategy and decision-making
- Working Style : Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align operations with company vision and goals
- KPI Management : Identify and manage key performance indicators to measure the success of operations, strategies and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial team
- Processes : Drive the opportunity & pipeline management standards, processes and reporting for the company
- Reporting : Manage productivity, quality, and customer-service standards and KPIs for our commercial teams
- Project Management : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Effectiveness : Ensure data hygiene and own quarterly account transfers
Qualifications
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills. Must have executive presence.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
- Experience leading organizational change and managing through complex challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, strategy, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations
