A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) in Sales.Key Responsibilities : Conduct 75-100 outbound calls daily to connect with top contacts in the commercial real estate sectorSecure at least 5 qualified leads per week for introductory (discovery) callsDevelop a deep understanding of different commercial real estate personasRequired Qualifications : 1-2 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in PropTech or SaaS salesExperience with CRM systems, preferably ZohoAbility to understand and solve business challengesCustomer-oriented with excellent engagement skills
