A company is looking for a Customer Success Professional - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for key account sales teams, facilitating communication across internal functions
Develop and coordinate project plans, tracking tasks, milestones, and providing updates to stakeholders
Monitor customer KPIs and participate in supply or business reviews with sales and customers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent professional experience (typically 5 years)
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with at least 1 year in project management
2+ years of experience analyzing complex data and monitoring global / customer KPIs
Working knowledge of S4 / HANA SAP for order management and supply
Experience in compiling forecasts and collaborating with internal stakeholders
