Position Summary :
The Entry-Level Customer Service Agent will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and resolving inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, accurately, and to their satisfaction.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple systems.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- A positive attitude and a desire to help others
