Find your next career adventure with SUNPAN and be part of our Sales team with the role of Inside Sales Representative. This role is responsible for overseeing sales, providing support, managing administration, and developing North American and International accounts.

The position involves executing key tasks to drive sales and uphold product standards while leading efforts to support sales programs and enhance product knowledge across the sales team.

Additionally, this role is integral in fostering a customer-focused culture within the organization.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS & OBJECTIVES

  • Communication and Collaboration : Ensure clear communication with sales teams, sales support, and clients. Collaborate with management to set and achieve sales goals, and coordinate meetings with the sales team to maximize targets with both existing and new customers.
  • Customer Service and Support : Deliver exceptional customer service across all channels, including in person, phone, email, and other electronic means.

Resolve customer issues, offer product and delivery solutions, respond to emails by the end of each business day, and investigate multiple sources to provide accurate answers.

Assist with showroom sales by guiding clients and processing orders.

Sales and Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with both current and prospective customers.

Explore new territories through phone, email, or occasional in-person visits (with management approval). Follow up on trade show leads with a goal of converting 20% into orders.

Meet monthly sales targets and support the Senior Sales Executive with showroom activities.

Trade Shows and Reporting : Attend U.S. trade shows up to five times a year. After each event, submit detailed reports covering leads, lead sources, orders generated, and sales figures.

Prepare monthly reports on promotional activities and their outcomes.

Professional Standards and Process Improvement : Uphold high standards of professional knowledge, ethics, and practices in all interactions.

Continuously seek and implement process improvements in order processing.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the VP of Sales or upper management, be prepared for overtime as needed for trade show travel and related activities.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Sales Experience : 1-3 years of recent experience in sales, preferably within the B2B home fashion industry.
  • Communication : Maintain excellent telephone and email etiquette while consistently upholding a professional attitude and integrity.

Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, suppliers, and management.

  • Fashion Awareness : Possess a strong fashion sense to align with industry trends and company products.
  • Interpersonal : Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, being personable and approachable in all interactions.
  • Time Management : Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks, comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized : Display excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Resilience and Creativity : Be inventive, resilient, and able to navigate challenges.
  • Goal Oriented : Stay focused on achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth.
  • Software Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; experience with SAP is an asset
