Proposal Writer
Robert Half is looking for a Proposal Writer. The Proposal Writer is responsible for developing and producing comprehensive proposals and presentations, primarily for medium to large-scale pursuits.
This role includes mentoring junior marketing staff and overseeing the entire proposal process to ensure quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the creation of business development and marketing support materials, including qualification packages, proposals, presentations, and leave-behind materials.
- Manage the proposal process from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Actively participate in strategy discussions, analyze RFQs / RFPs, develop and maintain proposal outlines and schedules, coordinate internal and external team efforts, and conduct kickoff meetings.
- Contribute to and often lead the development of win themes, analysis, and strategy meetings.
- Assist in developing and leading initiatives such as collateral material, tradeshow support, photography, advertising, and other marketing programs.
- Maintain and update information in Acumatica, including opportunity data, project information, activities, and account strategies / plans, ensuring accuracy and completeness by CSMs.
- Develop graphics and layouts consistent with the company's brand to effectively communicate win themes.
- Take a leadership role in creating pre-sell materials and leave-behinds for client meetings and shortlist presentations.
- Regularly update and maintain master resume and project libraries.
- Perform other duties as required.
