Location : Florida (HQ is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Status : Hybrid (2-Days Per Week in Office), Full Time, 1099

Dress code : Business Casual, Casual Fridays

That is why we take pride in the quality of our leads.

We generate the highest quality contacts by way of our in-house marketing organization. We spend, on average, over $10,000 per week per agent on leads and marketing.

We have an intricate lead distribution network and a solid team of Future Agents (Fronters / Qualifiers) that sift through all of our generated data, producing fresh and warm fronts that are pre-qualified for interest and budget to our sales team all day long.

You will not get higher-quality contacts elsewhere, that is guaranteed!

As a Sales Agent you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals, focused on U65, with their health Insurance related inquiries, providing information, and facilitating the enrollment and sales process.

The Opportunity

You will create effective sales presentations over the phone of available products that we offer in Health Insurance.

You will be in contact with customers interested in discussing their Health insurance needs and guiding them to make the right decision based on the available options and budget.

You will upsell ancillary products, E.g. dental and vision.

You will be the subject matter expert in our policies and be able to simplify the process for customers to understand.

You must be able to close client sales while collecting confidential information before transferring the client to our Verification Process.

What you bring to the table

You have demonstrated experience in the Health Insurance sales industry doing full releases and selling supplements.

You have obtained a valid 215 license OR (214 license and 240 license) in the state of Florida or more.

You have strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

You are a detail oriented person with strong active listening skills.

You have exceptional organizational skills and multitasking capabilities.

You thrive in sales and closing deals.

You will have to be able to think on your feet and take direction very well. This is a fast-paced sales position.

You are highly motivated in your own success - We provide you with the tools, but it is ultimately up to you to use them.

You keep up to date with best sales practices and can contribute to our high-energy sales discussion board where everyone must participate throughout the day, as well as daily company-wide meetings on Zoom.

You must have fast internet, a good computer, a great headset, and a webcam / smartphone to partake in daily company meetings. Specifics are found below :

Hardware / Internet Requirements - 25 Mbps or better internet speed, 8GB, 3.2GHz CPU / processor

You always remain courteous and maintain professionalism under pressure.

A Willingness to accept constructive feedback / criticism.

Must be punctual and a Team Player.

Location & Hours

This is a Hybrid Position (Our HQ is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.)

Please keep in mind, our team works overtime for open enrollment.

Typical Hours of operation :

9AM-7 : 00 PM EST Monday-Thursday

9AM-5 : 00 PM EST Friday

11AM-5PM EST on select Saturdays

You must attend morning meetings on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday at 8 : 40am before the shift starts at 9am EST.

Compensation

Commission based only.

Our U65 Sales Agents (licensed) on average are making $2,000 per week, plus bonus’ and spiffs outside of Open Enrollment.
