We are seeking a Senior Account Manager or Account Executive to oversee middle-market construction accounts. This position represents a remarkable opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to become a key player at a well-regarded regional brokerage renowned for its substantial commercial account portfolio.
As a vital member of our collaborative team, which includes adept producers, account managers, and support staff, you will play a crucial role in managing a robust book of business, ensuring both growth and client satisfaction.
Location : Walnut Creek, California (Hybrid)

- Base Salary : $150,000 - $200,000

Responsibilities :
- Join a team managing middle-market and large commercial accounts.
- Collaborate with the Producer and receive support from a commercial assistant to effectively manage a well-established book of business.
- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts; primarily established middle market construction accounts.
- Lead the marketing of renewals to carriers and wholesale brokerages; skillfully negotiate optimal pricing and terms.
- Cultivate relationships with Carrier Market Underwriters.
Qualifications :
- Seven years of experience managing commercial insurance accounts
- Experience with Construction accounts
- Property and Casualty License required
