We’re looking for a part-time team member who’s great on the phone and enjoys talking to people. The main responsibility is to call clients and gather information about the types of properties they’re looking to buy.

What You’ll Do :

Call potential and existing buyers to learn about their property needs (location, size, price range, investment goals, etc.)
Take clear, organized notes on each call for our team to review
Follow up with clients when needed to confirm details or updates
Work closely with our in-office team to match clients with the right properties

What We’re Looking For :

Excellent phone and communication skills

Friendly, professional, and confident speaking with clients

Organized and detail-oriented

Must be dependable and punctual

Real estate knowledge is helpful but not required

Requirements :

Must work in our White Plains, NY office (this is not a remote position)

Part-time hours (flexible daytime schedule, 15 hours per week)
