About the Company :
My client, a leading renewable energy solution provider, is seeking a Project Manager. The role involves overseeing the planning, installation, and management of solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task coordination for solar PV installations.
- Conduct site inspections, interpret technical drawings, and manage procurement processes, including material takeoff and ordering, to ensure construction milestones are met.
- Supervise subcontractors and on-site teams, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, while maintaining detailed documentation of progress and challenges.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to solar PV systems, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality, and promoting a strong safety culture across all project activities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
- MUST have experience in utility scale solar PV projects, from inception to completion
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Proficient in Word, MS, and Excel.
