We are looking for a Commercial Loan Assistant who can help our loan officers in reviewing loan applications and collecting necessary documents.

Compensation :
$50,000 - $55,000 yearly + bonus
Responsibilities :
- Review loan applications to determine if they meet minimum standards
- Collect the required information from the borrower
- Verify documents provided by the borrower
- Prepare loan summary
- Assist and coordinate internal parties involved in the loan application process
- Handle other duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications :
- AA degree or Bachelor's degree required
- Proficiency in MS Office required
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
