Overview : Soliant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, school-based contract position in Sycamore, IL, for the 24 / 25 school year.
This role involves providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to students, supporting their academic and functional performance.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs for occupational therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' educational goals
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Requirements :
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Illinois OT license
- Experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
State-Specific Requirements :
- Valid Illinois OT license
- Fingerprinting and background check as required by Illinois regulations
