Position Summary

Whitewater Amphitheater, a premier live music venue in New Braunfels, TX, is seeking energetic and customer-focused Bar Staff to deliver top-tier service at our fast-paced bar locations. As a member of our bar team, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional beverage service while ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience at our concerts and events.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $2.13 plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Bartending & Service : Prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails efficiently while adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Guest Experience : Provide friendly and engaging service, answering guest questions and making drink recommendations.
• Cash & POS Handling : Accurately process payments, issue change, and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Bar Setup & Cleanliness : Ensure bar stations are fully stocked, organized, and cleaned before, during, and after events.
• Compliance & Safety : Follow all TABC regulations, venue policies, and health / safety guidelines regarding alcohol service.
• Teamwork & Efficiency : Work closely with fellow bartenders, barbacks, and management to maintain smooth operations, even in high-volume situations.
