Compensation :

Base pay $27.00 - $35.00 an hour , plus performance incentives. Top performers earn up to $150,000 annually through bonuses tied to efficiency, quality, and zero-call-back performance.

What You'll Do

As a Lead Residential HVAC Installer , you'll oversee residential installations from start to finish-ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You'll read and interpret blueprints, manage site workflow, train install helpers, and represent Gillette with professionalism and pride.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the freedom to take ownership of your work, make an impact every day, and help shape the next generation of installers.

What You Bring

2+ years of HVAC installation experience

EPA Type II or Universal Certification

RMGA Certification

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience training or mentoring helpers

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
