We are looking for an enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist to provide quality care to our ABA clients, helping them improve their speech and language skills.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST?

As a Speech Language Pathologist at ABA Alliance Therapy, LLC, you will play a vital role in implementing therapy evaluations, sessions, and interventions to support our clients' communication needs.

By interpreting data and establishing measurable goals, you will create customized therapy plans tailored to each individual.

Your ability to adapt therapy sessions based on clients' evolving needs and goals will drive positive outcomes.

Additionally, providing parent consultations and home program instructions will empower families to continue progress outside of sessions.

Documenting accurate daily progress notes and staying current with best practices in speech therapy will ensure high-quality care and continuous improvement in our services.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST :

The successful candidate for the Speech Language Pathologist position at ABA Alliance Therapy, LLC in Orlando, Florida, must possess a valid license as an SLP in the State of Florida.

Having a minimum of 1 year of experience in providing Speech Therapy, particularly with young children, including those with Autism, is preferred.

A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology is required to showcase expertise in the field. Proficiency in utilizing various software and tools related to speech therapy practice is essential for effective client management and progress tracking.

Strong communication skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a client-centric, child-first approach are key qualities that will contribute to success in this role.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

  • Licensed SLP in the State of Florida
  • Providing Speech Therapy : Minimum 1 year (Preferred)
  • Experience working with young children
  • Experience working with children with Autism
  • Master's Degree (Required)
