Your Role as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care, all while embodying our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care quality.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration to improve outcomes.
  • Engage in service recovery and support a patient-first philosophy.
  • Manage staff scheduling and labor in accordance with patient care needs.
  • Oversee inventory control and manage supplies and equipment.

    • What You’ll Need :

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification (to be obtained within 30 days of employment).
  • Current Registered Nurse license.
  • Registered Nurse Diploma.
