Job Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive bid proposals, ensuring alignment with project requirements and specifications- Preparing bids, works within the company guidelines concerning labor and material cost to maximize profit on projects- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and related documents- Utilize estimating software and industry knowledge to ensure precision in calculations- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from estimation to project execution- Develop lasting relationships with general contractors and responsible exporting requests for bids and quotesJob Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field- 1 to 3 years of construction estimating experience- Proficient in using estimating software (AutoCAD, BlueBeam, or Plan Swift) and Microsoft Office Suite- Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
