JOB SUMMARY
Team Ford Lincoln is looking for highly qualified representatives to work with our existing customer database as well as working with new clientele.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles inbound and makes outbound sales calls to book Sales Department appointments.
- Identifies customers' needs or concerns accurately and effectively.
- Communicates effectively with customers via phone calls, text messaging, and email within established time frames.
- Contributes to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams, and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
