Physical Therapist PRN

Requirements :
- Required : Bachelor / Master / or Doctorate degree from an accredited program in physical therapy.
- Preferred : One (1) year Acute Care experience
- Appropriate prioritization and planning skills, while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment;
- Engaging and effective communication and service skills;
- Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented;
- Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed.
- Required : Current Arizona Physical Therapist license;
- American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)BLS certification
- Skilled Nursing Unit : Fingerprint Clearance Card
About the Job :
- This is a Per Diem (as needed) position working day shift on the weekends at Houghton hospital in the Inpatient, acute care department.
- Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.
